Return, Exchange, and Order Policy

At WonderfulCanvas.com, each artwork is made-to-order with love and precision to reflect your vision and style. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have specific policies in place to ensure both your satisfaction and our ability to deliver consistently high quality.
30-Day Issue Resolution
We offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery to report any issues with your order. Whether it's a manufacturing flaw, damage during shipping, or a discrepancy with your order, our support team is ready to help.
Cancellation & Modification Policy
- 24-Hour Flexibility: You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, at no additional cost.
- Changes After 24 Hours: A 10% fee applies to changes requested after 24 hours, if production has not started. Once production begins, changes to size, design, or framing are no longer possible.
- Shipping Address Updates: Address changes can be made until the order ships, as long as the new address is within the same ZIP code. Changes to a different city, state, or country cannot be accommodated.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Unsatisfactory Orders
- Damaged or Wrong Item Received: If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match the image, size, or frame selected, we will replace it at no cost to you. Report the issue within 30 days of delivery with photos and barcode.
- Change of Mind or Not as Expected: You have two options:
- Partial Store Credit: We’ll issue store credit, retaining 33% of the original cost to cover production and shipping. Credit is a non-combinable coupon for future use.
- Full Return (Upon Request): You may return the item at your expense. We’ll refund 67% of the original cost once we receive the item. All returned items are responsibly donated or discarded.
Custom Items
All sales for personalized canvases created with your uploaded images are final unless damaged or defective. Please ensure image quality before ordering. We’re happy to help before production starts.

This covers:
- Production: Custom printing, materials, and framing
- Labor: Skilled craftsmanship
- Shipping: Costs we cover even when offering free shipping
Return Shipping & Labels
We do not offer prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Why Our Returns Are Different
Each item is made specifically for you. We cannot restock or resell returned artwork. This made-to-order model helps reduce waste and maintain sustainability.
